Carol'e Bowman is a native of Stann Creek, Belize. She studied at Dallas Art Institute and received her Bachelor of Art Degree from William Carey College on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her art is influenced by her visits to Caribbean islands and her birthplace Belize. She especially enjoys painting whimsical tropical scenes in acrylics and oils. Her other hobbies are photography and sculpture. "Art has been a central focus in my life.
